Thursina International Islamic Boarding School (IIBS) successfully held a Tabligh Akbar with Ustadz Hilman Fauzi, S.E.I., M.E.Sy., widely known as Aa Hilman, on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at Thursina Mosque.
The event, entitled “Rasulullah Is My Role Model,” was held as part of the commemoration of the birth of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and to strengthen the spiritual values of the entire Thursina IIBS community.
Aa Hilman is widely known as a national Islamic preacher, lecturer, and motivational speaker who actively delivers Islamic talks in various regions. He has also appeared in several Islamic television programs, including Serambi Islami on TVRI, Siraman Qolbu on MNCTV, Risalah Ilmu on MNC Muslim, and Cahaya Hati on iNews TV.
The Tabligh Akbar was held in two sessions. The morning session was attended by the Board of Directors, management team, and Thursina staff, while the afternoon session was specially held for students.
During the session with the staff, the talk focused on the meaning of dedication as a form of worship. Educators were encouraged to see every responsibility not only as part of their professional duties, but also as an opportunity to develop gratitude, patience, and sincerity.
“When we see our work as a responsibility entrusted to us by Allah, the way we carry it out will be different. We learn to be grateful for the roles we are given, remain patient when facing challenges, and continuously renew our intentions so that every effort can become an act of worship,” said Aa Hilman.
During the session with students, Aa Hilman guided them through the life journey of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), from his early life to becoming a role model who reflected the teachings of the Qur’an and Sunnah through his actions. The Prophet’s example was presented not only as part of Islamic history, but also as a guide for making choices and developing good character in daily life.
“Loving Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is not only about knowing his story. That love should be reflected in how we maintain good character, treat others, face difficulties, and continuously try to become better people who live according to Allah’s guidance,” Aa Hilman explained.
Throughout the talk, both staff and students listened closely to every message delivered by Aa Hilman. The atmosphere in the mosque was calm and meaningful. Many participants listened attentively, took notes on important points, and reflected on the values of gratitude, patience, sincerity, and the example of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in everyday life.
The messages shared during the event strengthened the religious values in RECODING, Thursina’s core values, which place spiritual awareness as an important foundation for personal development. Religious values are encouraged to go beyond rituals and be reflected in integrity, patience, gratitude, and responsibility in daily life.
For Thursina, the commemoration of the Prophet’s birth is an opportunity to strengthen the community’s connection with Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Through this Tabligh Akbar, his example is expected to become more deeply rooted in the work culture of Thursina staff and in the daily lives of students—not only to be remembered, but also to be reflected in their attitudes and actions.
