Legal, Visa & Student Administration Support

The Thursina International Office (TIO) provides comprehensive administrative services and support to ensure that international students can study in Indonesia legally, safely, and comfortably. As the official sponsoring institution, Thursina International Islamic Boarding School is committed to assisting with all administrative and legal processes for international students throughout their education in Indonesia.

Visa & Immigration Services

For international students holding foreign citizenship, the entire immigration documentation process is handled and facilitated by Thursina through the TIO, acting as the student's official sponsor.

Services provided include:

 Assistance with the student visa application process prior to departure for Indonesia
Facilitation of sponsorship and immigration coordination
Processing the conversion of student visas into Limited Stay Permits (ITAS)
Assistance with annual residence permit renewals at the Immigration Office
Support regarding administration and compliance with Indonesian immigration regulations

Through these services, the TIO ensures that every international student meets applicable legal requirements, allowing them to reside and study in Indonesia legally and in accordance with immigration regulations.

Reporting and Residency Administration

As part of administrative compliance during their stay in Indonesia, the TIO also assists with residency reporting and administration for international students, including:

Processing the Police Report Certificate (SKLD) or reporting to local police authorities in accordance with applicable regulations
Obtaining the Certificate of Place of Residence (SKTT) through the local Population and Civil Registration Agency (Dukcapil)

This assistance aims to ensure that all legal and administrative aspects regarding the students are maintained throughout their period of study in Indonesia.

National Education Administration

In addition to immigration services, the TIO also assists with educational administration processes to ensure international students can integrate into Indonesia's national education system. 

Educational administration services include:

1. Diploma Equivalency

Assistance with the diploma equivalency process and the recognition of academic documents from the country of origin to meet educational requirements in Indonesia.

2. Integration into the National Education System

Assistance of educational administration to ensure students are registered and integrated into the national education system in accordance with applicable levels and regulations.

Through structured and professional assistance, TIO ensures international students can focus on learning, character development, and cultural adaptation, while administrative and legal requirements are comprehensively handled by the school.
