Overseas Uni Enrollment
University Pathway Mapping
The University Pathway Mapping program begins in the first semester of Grade 10 as an initial step to help students plan their overseas studies in a focused manner. At this stage, the Thursina International Office (TIO) collaborates with the Student Learning Assessment (SLA) unit to map students' intellectual abilities, academic potential, and interests regarding international study.
Before the mapping process takes place, the TIO regularly conducts a series of information sessions to broaden students' horizons regarding overseas study opportunities. These activities cover introductions to destination countries, campuses, major options, and scholarship opportunities, as well as experience-sharing sessions with alumni and international students.
Once initial data is gathered, the guidance process continues on a more personalized basis to determine the destination country, university, major, and financing scheme best suited to each student's profile and aspirations.
Through this structured guidance system, the number of students pursuing studies abroad has shown consistent year-on-year growth, reflecting the strengthening culture of global education at Thursina.elalui sistem pendampingan yang terstruktur, jumlah santri yang melanjutkan studi ke luar negeri menunjukkan peningkatan yang konsisten dari tahun ke tahun, mencerminkan semakin kuatnya budaya pendidikan global di Thursina.

SAT Preparation (Scholastic Assessment Test)
Intensive guidance for students requiring preparation for this internationally standardized test, which is a common admission requirement for many overseas universities.
Study Abroad Supports
Comprehensive support services for overseas study, ranging from drafting motivation letters and personal essays, interview practice, and university application strategies to providing information and guidance on scholarship opportunities.
Through this program, students are prepared not only to meet administrative requirements but also to build the academic and mental readiness needed to navigate the international university selection process.
Campus Enrollment
Campus Enrollment is a support service for overseas university applications designed to guide students through the admission process in a focused and optimal manner. During this stage, the Thursina International Office (TIO) assists students in fulfilling the various administrative and academic requirements mandated by their target universities.
This service includes assistance with handling essential documents—such as language certifications, recommendation letters, school records, and the legalization and translation of diplomas and report cards—as well as help with the university application process itself when needed.
Through a structured guidance system, TIO is committed to supporting students at every stage of the application process until they secure a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from their target university.
Pre-Departure Support
Pre-Departure Support is a guidance service designed to ensure students are prepared for academic, social, and spiritual life in their study destination. Through this service, the Thursina International Office (TIO) provides comprehensive support ranging from the preparation phase through to departure.
This service focuses on three key areas:
Pre-Departure Training
A preparatory program held regularly on Saturdays to equip students for life abroad. The program concludes with a Pre-Departure Seminar featuring speakers and alumni with international study experience. Training topics include survival skills for living in Muslim-minority countries, understanding halal and haram concepts, social and academic culture, strategies for academic success at international universities, and practical Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh) regarding interactions in multicultural and non-Muslim environments.
Visa & Administrative Assistance
Assistance with departure administration—including student visa applications, document preparation, and other administrative requirements—to ensure a smooth departure process that aligns with the target university's timeline.
Accommodation & Arrival Support
Support regarding accommodation and initial needs in the destination country, including assistance with finding housing and coordinating arrival logistics where necessary. Backed by a strong international alumni network, the initial adjustment and housing preparation processes become easier, more effective, and more efficient for students.
Through this service, TIO is committed to ensuring that every student is not only ready to depart but also prepared to persevere, grow, and excel in a global environment.
