"Language Camp China is not just a Mandarin language learning program, but also a means to build students' courage, adaptability, and international perspective. We want them to experience firsthand what it's like to learn and interact in a global environment," said Ustaz Dafiq on Saturday (May 30, 2026).

In addition to gaining international exposure in academics through language classes, the students were also provided with intercultural awareness materials through workshops on traditional Chinese musical instruments, calligraphy, and Wushu martial arts. To strengthen their cross-cultural mindset, the group also undertook historical educational visits to historic Islamic sites in Guangzhou and an academic orientation in the Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT) in Shenzhen.

Besides cultural aspects, the program equips students with an understanding of the modern business landscape through industrial exposure visits to the Alibaba 1688 Office in Shenzhen to learn about digital trade systems, as well as the GAC Aion smart factory to observe the manufacturing process of environmentally friendly electric vehicle technology.
